Primary Care / Telemedicine Visits: $ 50 per visit (could be higher if labs are deemed necessary).
Weight Loss: $295 monthly for semaglutide (compounded wegovy), or $495 monthly for tirzepatide (compounded mounjaro).
THIS INCLUDES MEDICATION COSTS WITH SHIPPING AND DOES NOT INCREASE!!!!
Anti-Aging Therapy: $99 per month - includes monthly telemedicine visit. Medication and lab costs are extra.
Peptide Therapy: $99 per month - includes monthly visit. Lab costs (if needed) and medication costs are extra.
Lab Pricing - Must be done at a local LabCorp Facility - In addition to Telemedicine Fee
Ultimate Wellness Panel - Male and Female: $ 450 - Must also book telemedicine visit for labs to be ordered.
Basic Wellness Panel - Male and Female: $ 99 - Must also book telemedicine visit for labs to be ordered.
Sexual Health and Wellness Testing: $ 150 - Must also book telemedicine visit for labs to be ordered.
Our services are cash pay only, and we do not file on your insurance. Labs must be drawn at a local LabCorp facility - Please check to make sure one is near you. Lab pricing is in addition to $50 telemedicine visit fee.
